There are no other Adobe products I use, so I’m not sure I would compare this to anything other than this current release. But it is a well thought out tool that will satisfy my need to do single picture, single image, or project and work type of tasks. After a few months of using it, I found some of this behavior, so I have to say that. Serious art and design folks should have a look at this and enjoy the tools.

I really appreciate what you did (in terms of the speed of first-time opening of a new project and exporting of an existing project) by making the task of opening the project, and exporting the project, much faster and simpler. I also really like that you have given the user the ability to open multiple projects at once. This is great for collaborative projects like mine at school. As far as the App is concerned, it really seems to be a complete (and very capable) replacement for Photoshop. The UI isn’t as intuitive, but I think after a little practice, you will get the hang of it.

One of the coolest things about Photoshop’s blending options is Heal, which is similar to how a tattoo artist works on a customer’s skin. You can add the Heal filter by going to Canvas -> Blending Options, clicking on Watercolor and selecting Heal from the bottom of the list.
